- Service description: In the event that the tenant leaves the leased property for any reason without informing the landlord, the landlord has the right, 30 days after the expiration of the lease contract, to issue a release based on the pre-prepared undertaking in the contracts section.

- Description of the service: A clearance certificate is issued based on the desire of the landlord and the tenant to terminate the rental relationship, and there are cases that refer to the requirements and conditions of this service. With regard to canceling lease contracts, the approval of the Department of Economic Development is required for cancellation
