Applying sound financial accounting and an efficient control system on all financial transactions, providing financial services to the administrative units of the municipality, managing purchases and the requirements of all municipal divisions and paying their obligations, following up the collection and supply of revenues and irregularities that are made through the division and other parties, and preparing the annual budget.
