An integrated and multi-pronged strategy that pays attention to training, rehabilitation and capacity-building in line with the regulations and laws of the civil service in the Emirate of Sharjah, which aims to achieve comprehensive quality standards, create an appropriate work environment and put in place a mechanism for incentives in order to attract national employees in particular, and achieve the desired goals.

Personnel Affairs Section Supervision and follow-up of all procedures related to individual affairs, such as bonuses, promotions, appointments, vacations, and other procedures. The Training Department is working on qualifying and training employees, selecting training programs according to their needs, and cooperating with training institutions regarding organizing courses according to approved programs.
